Great experience every time I come in. Alejandra at the front desk is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. She makes the whole process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this place!
Beautiful and great service
The staff here are friendly, helpful, and informative. This place is more high-tech than I’m used to, and I love it. Access to the gate and your locker is controlled through an App. I noticed that you can still add a physical lock if you want the added security. So far, I’m a fan. The location is perfect for me, too. Very close to home. That applies only to me though. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Storland Visalia Five stars all day. Moving storage units is usually a nightmare but this place made it ridiculously easy. After paying an absolutely painful amount at my old storage I found this location in town and it was a total win. I tried reserving online and they called me back immediately to help me finish everything up. No runaround no attitude just straight up helpful.
