We have visited this ultrasound studio several times with my first granddaughter, and every experience was wonderful. That’s why today’s visit was so disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were barely acknowledged. We were simply told to sign in and asked how we would be paying. There was no warm greeting or friendly interaction. The imaging quality was amazing, but unfortunately our experience did not go as expected. We clearly explained that we did not want to know the baby’s gender and only wanted to see the baby..Despite this, the ultrasound technician revealed the gender during the appointment by repeatedly referring to the baby as “he,” “him,” and “his.” I had waited a month with the results on my phone (myself having not looked) and was so excited to keep the surprise for our gender reveal. Idk why this place has a 2 star rating. I came here multiple times throughout my recent pregnancy. They always take walk-ins, they have deals on their Facebook all the time, the front desk women are nice and the sonographer is even nicer. Even if you pay for a “15 minute” session, she will usually keep you in there until baby decides to say hello. The printed pictures are better quality then at any Hattiesburg clinic and they email you everything they took at the appointment. 10/10 recommend!
Wonderful staff and experience! The nurse doing the ultrasound is very sweet and just an overall great presence! We got the full 4d package with all the amazing photos. Highly recommend to any expecting parent!
Very crappy service ultrasound tech was very rude and rough do not recommend these people at all
