Rude ladies run the storage unit. They constantly talk, gripe, complain, and share information about other renters. Several months in a row, they would start calling every day for five days prior to when rent was due. Each time, we had to listen to how many other renters have not paid their rent yet -- even though we all had five days left before it was due!
