We have rented a storage unit at this location for several years and had also done so previously. While clean and seemingly secure, we learned you can not trust these people for one second. After requesting a 10' X 10', and after moving from a 5 X 10' into that larger unit, I was told repeatedly that the unit was TEN BY TEN FEET. We realized over time that my unit WAS NOWHERE NEAR TEN FOOT DEEP, NOR TEN FEET WIDE. We were customers here for years. We recently got transferred out of state. While there loading up our belongings I noticed they had wifi. I needed to pay my car insurance and had already cut service off at our house. I asked the woman in the front office for the Storhouse guest wifi, and was told no. Why even have guest wifi if your customers aren't able to use it? Customer service is not a priority at this location.

Yup it's the very best in Ventura county great service beautiful property amazing!!!! Nice owner too

Check Them Out! Have been storing here for past year and think they're the best - all reasonably priced and feel very secure. They do have discounts so ask.
