Hired Storhaug to create Short Plat pre COVID Pandemic. Was told it would take approximately half a year to complete process which included some civil engineering work. After 2 years of checking in with Austin Storhaug and being lied to about the progress, we found out that not a single concept of engineering was completed. Rather than apologize, Austin demanded more money and threatened to put project on "hold", or pay him 3k and then "transfer us to a different company" as we weren't satisfied.
