Awesome staff. Very professional and patient. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Used to be great, now it is a prison without services. I have been at this location for 5 years, and what attracted me to the facility was location, environmentally controlled, 24hr access and reasonable pricing. All but location has changed for the worse, and continues to go down a dark a path. The HVAC is a mess. It is supposed be guaranteed to be between 50-80 degrees, but is never close. Love the indoor storage.
We recently used their storage to temporarily keep out household goods while we were in transition. Marcy at the Murrysville Store was outstanding. She helped us select the right unit size, facilitated our moves, and was very responsive to our questions. I strongly recommend using this storage company.
