I've had a space here for well over a year. The property is always spotless and more important to me, I've always felt safe when I need to come by on my own. It seems they do a great job on vetting their renters. I've had spaces at a couple of other facilities and always felt on high alert while there. The staff is kind & friendly, especially manager Yareli who helped solve a problem for me. Keep up the great work!
Went in looking for a storage unit and Marcela and Jaden were both super helpful the whole time. Made everything easy and answered all my questions. 10/10 customer service for real, definitely get them some business cards!
They are so great and an amazing staff. Especially Yareli and Marcela are always so helpful and positive daily. They stay impeccable and beyond the call of duty when needed. I love the radiant aura when I enter the front office. It’s always pleasant to deal with the staff there. I’m glad I don’t have to pick another place because they have given me more than reasons to stay, thanks guys.
I was very pleased with Storewell and how they treated us over the last few years. Service was excellent and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices unlike other places and always super clean around every corner . Management team has done a super job at keeping this place up to par. Shout out to Yareli , Marcela, Jaden and Hassan !
I’ve been using this storage facility for years, and it’s always been an amazing experience! The manager, Yareli, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional she truly goes above and beyond for customers. The prices have stayed great over the years, and the property is always clean, safe, and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch service and peace of mind!
