Unable to access my locker due to low battery, need something out of my locker for vacation I'm taking tomorrow morning. Such a shame.
I drove over 1000 miles to move my daughter out of college to store at this facility. I arrived with a bunch of stuff and I receive a low battery error message on the storage locker. Between customer service facility manager and so forth all I’m doing is going in circles. The worst experience ever.
Tried to rent from them but couldn't due to terrible website + ai. Requires Identity verification, no matter how many times I tried it would not accept my identity. When trying to talk to support got stuck in a loop with a bot who refused to escalate to a human. I can't imagine support is any better once you actually manage to rent a unit.
Unit has been great but today got a battery to low to open door notification. Can't access the unit and no onsite property manager to fix. Before today 5 star but if I got a notification how did the property manager not get one and fix it. Edit. On call person changed battery in 10 minutes. It was 9 am on a Monday so not sure how things would go at 2am but fixed none the less.
