Spacious storage units clean
This is a wonderful indoor climate-controlled storage facility with clean, easily accessible units. Entry and unit locks are a breeze with iOS/Android apps. The local manager is extremely helpful and responsive in resolving minor glitches. P.S. the battery on your individual lock can get so low you can’t open the unit. Fortunately, the manager arrived quickly and fixed this.
Unable to access my locker due to low battery, need something out of my locker for vacation I'm taking tomorrow morning. Such a shame.
I drove over 1000 miles to move my daughter out of college to store at this facility. I arrived with a bunch of stuff and I receive a low battery error message on the storage locker. Between customer service facility manager and so forth all I’m doing is going in circles. The worst experience ever.
