Good service here and helpful staff
We have been using StoreLocal Storage in Marlborough, Mass for the past year. The staff is friendly, the storage units are clean. We are grateful that our belongings are well protected in this state of the art building. Highly recommended!
I’ve had a unit with Storelocal for just over a year. They have good access and what I think is good security. The card key for gate and door makes usage easy. The facility that I use is pretty clean. I have visited the office a few times and the customer service representatives have been helpful and pleasant. I wish that the restrooms were available in the off hours that the office is closed. I’ve had units in other facilities that didn’t have restrooms which can be unnerving if you have the need. Place is clean and easy to access. Staff is polite and goes out of their way to help.
Everyone’s been so nice and helpful. The spaces are clean and well lit, and access has been simple. Great facility.
