I want to give a huge shout‑out to Kim at Storelocal Storage in Brentwood. She spent over an hour on the phone with me, walking me through everything I needed and answering every question with patience and kindness. Even with all my calls, she never made me feel dumb or like I was bothering her. She also helped both me and my assistant get my rental squared away. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out.
This place…… not only are the staff very rude and cold, but they wayyyy overcharge here. I moved in here due to it being so convenient and close to my home, but was not worth the headache i had to go through with these people! They don’t know how to communicate, charge my card whenever they want, yell at me the first time using the app and making a small mistake! Ide rather take my $ to a small more local business rather a corporate owned facility! DONT CHOSE THIS PLACE!
Kim at Store Local is a sweetheart. I had rented a unit there for the past 12 years. During recent months she's helped me tremendously regarding my unit. Working with me when things got tight. Unfortunately, keeping my unit wasn't manageable anymore for me. But, Kim made the whole ending process run smooth and stress free. Would I recommend? Without a doubt. Thank you Kim for everything.
