Very nice people to deal with, always helpful. My unit was clean and never saw a bug. No unusual smells. Easy entry and very secure facility. Would definitely recommend this storage facility and to back it up I moved from the larger unit to a smaller one as the larger one was know longer needed and they compensated the payment to match up with the smaller unit.
