Great storage facility. Hassle free and affordable. Easy billing and easy move out process. Never an issue my entire two years renting.
How professional is it to not reply to email or voicemails? Who ever is working here is being paid way too much. There is no where on the site that allows you to cancel a unit. When you contact them to cancel they ignore you just hoping to charge your card and you let it slide. How American?! If you guys try to charge my card for another month I will be taking you to court. I didnt sign anything saying you can charge me forever!
I have been very pleased with the facility. Really appreciate the gate that has a security code in order to enter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Security cameras with video backup.
We have not had any problems with store local. The sidney, and the staff has been very helpful for our needs
I love it. it helped me move into my house with no problem I would recommend this
