Prepaid April weeks ago but knew I might be moving out in March, so provided move out notice. It's still 6 days before March ends and went to get my money back for the April month I Prepaid. Rochelle refused to give me my money back until I closed out the unit, robbing me of my 6 days of storage. She literally could have pressed a button and returned my funds, but refused to do it. Good warehouse, clean and well-maintained storage units, convenient access, and the front desk staff are often on site and very helpful
