The worst experience ever. The service staff were thieves; they stole electronics and electrical appliances from my storage unit.
This place was super nice when I signed up but when there is a problem they can be really rude. I've spoke to a lady and a man. Both just rude. So now there is no front gate and anyone can just walk in and take whatever they want. It didn't seem like a big deal for the them.
The guy who works here during the day is never to be found and when you try to call you get a call enter and not the property and when you try to show up during bussiness hours the door to the office is locked always no exception even during bussiness hours property manager is lazy and unhelpful doesn't even know how to sufficiently operate let alone help you start up your app that you are required to use so stay away if your not tech savv also I even heard from another tenant that the property manager sold him someone else'... read more
They guys are great. Very responsive. Tony was super helpful all the way through.
Terrible customer service. The gate is not opening, I've been waiting hours for someone to come and solve the issue. I need access to my stores equipment, I'm losing money for the inefficiency of Store Local
