I had a unit for less tha 24 hours and there was no compromise. The manager talked about a refund with another client who was late, but because I used my debit card I was not refunded or even partial refund. There was an extra charge for an admin fee when I went in to pay. Be aware of this charge and strict agreement. The corporate office said because I signed the paperwork, I was locked in. Not my favorite custermer experiance.

So disappointing as a home owner of over 34 years this was my first time needing a storage shed. I moved to the CDA area and needed a small storage shed for some things while my home from another state was listed and I could purchase a home here. I paid the rent and deposit in April rent was 95.00. In August 4 months after I rented my shed my auto bill was deducted for 135.00 an increase of over 40%. No email notifications nothing. I love that I could actually talk to a real person and not have to just rely on doing everything online. Ken was great. He was super friendly and transparent.
