Rich was so helpful to me as I was trying to get 2 units close to one another. He made life easier for me with only 3 units left and managed to get the 2 I needed right next to each other. Thank you Rich for your help! I wanted to add Baylee to this review also. I did not know how to unlock the unit and she gave me very good instructions since I did not have a clue of what I was doing. She was really patient with me and was very helpful. You have a great staff and I really appreciate both Rich and Baylee!!

Sign up and access to my unit was a breeze. Only slightly weird speaking to “The Monolith of Enlightenment”, but Shelby made it comfortable with her affable demeanor. The unit was clean and lit well enough to do everything but perform surgery or build a complicated Lego set.
D’Licia provided my team and I with EXCELLENT +++ customer service!!! Very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. Provided thorough instructions and all information that we needed in order to make a final decision for our storage needs.
