COURTNEY was AMAZING and SO helpful. She made swapping units extremely easy. As soon as I saw the unit I had chosen would not accommodate my things, I got on the phone and was connected with Courtney. This is my second time using StoreEase and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Very personable very helpful friendly excellent customer service I hate calling and people are like a robot you know it's a person but they have no personality whatsoever hell if I wanted to talk to a wall I just talked well so I'm really happy with my customer service I love talking to people that actually laugh whether it be at me or not I don't care as long as they laugh and have a personality and our friendly that means the world to customers it's the little things that matter most so thank you keep up the good work
