He was very kind and helpful. Helped me pick out the right size unit I would need and explained everything in detail.Â
Easy set up took me 5 minutes. Checked my app my space is on there for entry. This place is great totally digital clean Great place. Highly recommend. D'licia was awesome. She did a fast thorough job.Â
TJ was great. He was informative and extremely patient with me...someone who is not very good with apps, downloads, etc. The actual process went smoothly, although a little longer than expected. However, 20 years ago when everything was on paper, it took less time; maybe because I'm a computer novice. Storage container was clean, convenient, and easy to access. Anticipating a smooth move tomorrow.Â
Great experience with TJ at StoreEase today! He was very helpful and straight to the point. So far, we are very happy with our unit and the customer service. Thanks again!Â
