TJ was great. He was informative and extremely patient with me...someone who is not very good with apps, downloads, etc. The actual process went smoothly, although a little longer than expected. However, 20 years ago when everything was on paper, it took less time; maybe because I'm a computer novice. Storage container was clean, convenient, and easy to access. Anticipating a smooth move tomorrow.
