As a new customer my experience thus far has been great. I went onsite in-order to review the lease options and tour the unit, Kristine's customer service was amazing and what a big personality! 1st she was the only person onsite and was taking phones calls, greeting customer through the door and still engaging with me. She was able to find a resolution regarding my rate, allowed me to view 2 different units to compare, reviewed my insurance options and had me setup the app before leaving.
