Best storage experience I've had. Hassle free experience from moving in to moving out. These Units are Clean from top to bottom with electronic locks so no worries about if someone can cut it off or not. The ability to access your unit 24hrs was great considering I work long hrs during the day. On top of everything else the customer service was exceptional Rich and Anna are great with any issues you may have. I would highly recommend Storeease to anyone looking for a storage solution. The customer service from Anna is awesome she made sure all my questions and concerns were understood and addressed making it known they do value a customer, wish all customer service representatives were as understanding and nice as she was. She deserves a raise Â
Love the convince of 100% digital. I didn’t know it but you don’t even need a lock, the units all have digital locks you use your phone to open. When I have had to reach out and deal with an actual human they have all been amazing! Anna specifically has helped me and definitely provided 5 star service.Â
