Love the convince of 100% digital. I didn’t know it but you don’t even need a lock, the units all have digital locks you use your phone to open. When I have had to reach out and deal with an actual human they have all been amazing! Anna specifically has helped me and definitely provided 5 star service.the managers TJ, Rich and Baylee are super great. VERY responsive and on top of things. If they know you’re trying to submit something they keep an eye out for it, just great customer service over all!
Ammar was amazing and the technology is so up to date and moving with ease
Rich helped me by issuing me a refund after I cleaned out my unit I will be going back if I ever need another storage
