Way easy to rent and access! Have had the company check in a couple times to make sure everything is good with the unit. Only complaint that I have is the unit being a little hard to lock and unlock, I think it’s just how is positioned so no fault to the company! Edit: Great costumer service! They saw this review and reached out to me. Got my lock fixed within 2 days. Awesome company and would highly recommend!

Very inconvenient the app had the wrong storage unit number and keeps telling me unlock is not available. I’m back to old school physical keys n pad. It was a great thought but not for me
