Would have put 5 stars but the only reason I didn't was because you have to load and unload your own stuff and not complaining just saying 5 stars would have been someone else loading and unloading my things lol great place and people was easy over the phone as well as the gate and your unit very convenient and no extra lock fee or worry bout losing the key.i spoke with ammar there helped out great quick and easy friendly and explained everything well would recommend to anyone.
Thank you for making it so so easy! The price is right and it's all automated so that's a big plus! The customer service is A+!

Love the convince of 100% digital. I didn’t know it but you don’t even need a lock, the units all have digital locks you use your phone to open. When I have had to reach out and deal with an actual human they have all been amazing! Anna specifically has helped me and definitely provided 5 star service.the managers TJ, Rich and Baylee are super great. VERY responsive and on top of things. If they know you’re trying to submit something they keep an eye out for it, just great customer service over all!
