Called today to make a reservation and D’Licia was great! Handled my needs in a fast and professional manner. Great work U-haul on hiring one of the best call representative 6/23/26: TJ was very respectful and courteous. He helped me fix an ongoing issue I’ve had for over a week in only a few mins. TJ should receive a raise for his outstanding customer service!
