Overall we had a good experience with Store Ease. It is easy to get moved in, easy to come and go as you please, and when we moved out it was relatively easy. Their online portal was having tech issues, I went inside to the office and was immediately greeted by a virtual manager (a real person helping me virtually). D’licia was prompt, helpful and polite.
