Overall we had a good experience with Store Ease. It is easy to get moved in, easy to come and go as you please, and when we moved out it was relatively easy. Their online portal was having tech issues, I went inside to the office and was immediately greeted by a virtual manager (a real person helping me virtually). D’licia was prompt, helpful and polite. Quick and easy to reserve online. This is the most futuristic business I have ever seen. There was a virtual agent who checked in on me during my check in process multiple times. To this day, I don’t know if Eli was a real human or AI. 😂 Everything is done on the app. Opening access gate, access doors, and open unit door. 24/7 access with cameras everywhere. Excited to use this facility.
Jalen was super helpful and the whole process is extremely easy. From start to finish I had my unit in less than 15 mins.
We had our furniture stored here while we were building our home. Every bit of it got destroyed by mice. We had to get rid of all of it and are now going to have to buy all new stuff out of pocket because apparently mice damage is not covered under insurance!!
