We had an issue with a new unit that we rented. The app gave us access to the building, but we could not unlock the unit itself. We talked to the property manager, Kristen, and she exceeded our expectations in resolving this issue. She was professional, polite, and would not give up until our problem was solved. She is an excellent representative of the company and I highly recommend Public Storage to all of my friends based on how Kristen handled our situation.
