I think Rich is a great manager, he was there for me and the time I need. I like this guy a lot. I think he has a great future with the storage business. He's the only in the best person thank you Rich you are the best.Â
Jalen and TJ both did a great job! They were quick in helping me find a climate controlled unit (each on different days) and just made everything so easy. They both were very friendly and had upbeat personalities. Thanks to both of them!!Â
