I started storing stuff here in Nov 2021. In June 2022, they raised the price by 31.82%. OUCH! Now I agree with them that they still are among the cheaper priced storage units in the area, however this was a huge pill to swallow. Especially since the unit was filthy. The problem lies with the door. Though it has the rubber strip on the bottom, in order to lock the latch, you have to lift up on the door to get it to slide into position.
