Avoid. They delivered 5/7 of my items & had to make another appointment for the other 2. Late late late to every appointment. Items in boxes had water damage. You supposedly have insurance covering things like water damage, so I emailed. No response. Called the number. "You have to email the office and they will respond in 24 hours." Emailed multiple times more. No response. More than unprofeesional - they are a downright scam. From the sound of other reviews, though, at least I got all of my items back...

Unreliable service from beginning to end. My items were both picked up and redelivered hours after the window of time I had booked, with little to no communication from Store Your Dorm (no response to calls and texts until I had called about 10 times). I was supposed to receive 20% off the first month of storage and did not, and I was also charged for an extra month. However, no one would answer my emails or calls, so I had to just pay the fee. So far, the process of picking up my belongings has been great. Emy was very kind when bringing the boxes, and Leonardo was of great help when picking them up. I'll update when I get my things back, but so far it has been a great experience.

The only positive aspect of my experience with this company was that they eventually delivered our packages, albeit 12 hours later than the scheduled appointment. However, the lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via all listed methods—phone, email, Facebook, Twitter (which appears to be deleted), and WhatsApp—there was no response from their team between the appointment time of 10am and the eventual delivery time of 10pm. Store your dorm helped us when we needed them the most. We were in a last minute emergency and store your dorm was there to provide us exactly what we needed. Not only did they live up to there expectations but they superceded them.
