I went in to have a look at the storage units and a lady showed me through. She gave me a brochure with the prices and advised me that they would price match with other quotes. So I sent a quote to them and was advised they had reached their discount limit for the month and that they price match for places within 5 klm, the quote I received was 8 klm. This was not advised. It was very deceiving and I would encourage people to get lots of quotes because I got an amazing unit for $50 per month cheaper and was a bigger unit.
