I have had a storage unit with Greenville Storage since before it came under new management with Store Today and have now removed my stuff from it before the end of this term, because they keep charging an additional fee, every term, for insurance, despite the fact that I sent them proof of coverage through my provider. I have called several times about it, and they keep lying to me, saying someone higher up will get back to me and refund all the extra charges. Very clean facility and extremely helpful off-site employees. Good value for the money.
Great storage unit and good people to work with. We'll it was good till they sold out. Know I can get on and make a payment and can't talk to anyone that speaks english
