Avoid StoreSmart locations in Lebanon and Cookeville. Owner Jonathan McNabb with V3 Realty Partners, lied to BBB regarding a complaint I filed regarding damage caused by their malfunctioning gate. The security gate was standing open when I arrived at storage facility. The gate is supposed to be closed and secure. I entered the gate code to make sure would stand open.
