I went to cancel my storage unit on SE Tater Peeler Rd. In Lebanon. I had called prior to wanting to move everything out as a heads up like I did to a previous place I went to and they told me they can’t do anything until all my things are out. So I called on a Friday at 4:30 because their gates are open past their hours letting them know which was a day away from when I got billed again (getting my moneys worth). I had a reservation for a uhaul truck at this location, after business hours. When I arrived, I got the code for the lockbox, and nothing was in it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was mistakenly placed in a different box. I called the number, got the codes for the other boxes, and nothing. Seems like the people here are lazy and dont particularly care about their clients
Terrible customer service. Hidden fees when renting a truck. Rent elsewhere.
Not a customer friendly place. Very unprofessional. The rental agreement you sign, you are bound to, take this into consideration.
