I rent a storage unit on Phelan drive and have had nothing but great service. The manager has been courteous and helpful in finding me the right unit. I had trouble lifting the door. Kirby was awesome. He came and helped me and made a plate to help secure it to make it easier to lift up. He worked around my schedule and was there when I needed him. He was kind and very helpful. Shout out to store smart. Great people to work with!
Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Harassing Customer Service My experience with Store Smart has been an absolute nightmare. First, they assigned me the wrong unit number, and when I pointed it out, they tried to gaslight me and claim I was in the wrong place. On top of that, their auto-pay system is completely unreliable. Instead of a helpful notification when a payment didn't go through, I was immediately hit with aggressive default notices and late fees.
