Have been trying to get ahold of someone for MONTHS regarding my unit and no one answers or calls back. I'd like my personal documents with my personal information on them before someone else gets them!
Owed 3 mo three months due to crisis Paid 400 dollars today to come out to the unit. Had combo lock they didn't mention. Sitting in my car waiting for call back!!!!
Called to get pricing. Owner got mad when I told him I was looking at other facilities to get pricing and hung up on me. Beware the owner/manager that has the attitude of a child.
It It was a pretty good place. I had a lot of places to store things had trouble finding it need better signs
