Poor customer service With more than a few other storage facilities to choose from in this area, you would think this place would do whatever to separate themselves. I just needed a temporary storage spot that had good accessibility and pricing. I saw an ad for "First Month free" and decided to try it. The facility was ok, heated in winter, cooling summer. I could gain access from the outside and the hours were pretty good. But I made the "mistake" of missing a payment while caring for my Mom who was diagnosed with lung canc... read more
