*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS *** They charged to have our stuff in storage but our airtag says it's over the other side of the city at a residential address. We had 3 TVs damaged and despite paying for insurance, they refused to claim damages through insurance and have every excuse under the sun to avoid taking responsibility. One of the worst experiences with a company providing a 'service'. Pointed out dints in our fridge and the first response from the 'removalist' was that was how it left our house which was completely untrue.... read more
We had an ok experience storing our home contents for 16 months. It was cheap and easy. Only bad thing was two of our couch legs went missing. Not sure who's fault this was but there was no effort made to help solve this. Later, their removalist service was a total nightmare so please beware of this service.

Best removalist service I have used to date in Melbourne. Reliable, helpful, quick and efficient taking great care of all of my things and going above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Would recommend Store My Stuff to anyone looking for a stress-free move. Honestly, so impressed.
