Editing my review from 5 to 1 star. My earlier review was submitted while previous owners ran the facility. This is meant to serve as a warning to anyone shopping for storage facilities. I am going to give you unbiased and objective facts. The new owners have made some slight improvements to the property. The facility is generally clean and easily accessed I received an email today that my rate is increasing by 30% in one fail swoop. No stepped, or gradual increase. I’m at that peak "Dad age" where I have three different lawn mowers (two don't work) and a collection of "important" scrap wood that my wife has officially banned from the property.
