I had a reservation on a Saturday afternoon but the code they provided me with did not open the gate to enter. We saw someone else enter the gate completely fine, so it wasn't a mechanical error, just a faulty entrance code. I called multiple times and was only able to talk to an AI chatbot that was unbelievably unhelpful. I had to book another storage unit day of as I was already at the location with a truck. I did not even receive a phone call after the fact. Would not recommend.
