Very user friendly
In person customer service was friendly and helpful. Over the phone was as well. Even gave our neighbour a referral discount.

Worst experience ever. Absolute security hazard. This place is a complete disaster. While I was traveling, someone attempted to break into my unit and damaged my lock, leaving my belongings completely unsecured. To make matters worse, today I arrived at 5:50 PM to pick up some items (well before their posted closing time of 7:00 PM). An employee clearly made eye contact with us, proceeded to close the gate anyway, and left—locking us inside the facility. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but nobody answered. We were able to get a storage very quickly and the experience was wonderful. The customer service in person and over the phone was fantastic and very easy. All my questions were answered and I couldn't ask for anything better! Recommend for you storage needs!
