I had a wonderful experience at storeitwise on 35th ave. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The units were clean all of my questions were answered right away.
I would use this place again. I rented a unit for a year. I moved out about a week and a half into the month. They refunded part of that month's payment. I wasn't expecting that, and it was greatly appreciated. Management was great answering any questions along the way.
I am currently 44 days late on my storage. I went in to pay my past due amount of 175.00 they wouldn’t accept my payment saying this unit is in auction stage. I also came in on Saturday to pay cash. No one is ever in on Saturday even though they say they are open from 8:3pm to noon. I never received my pre lien letter by certified mail. I have no calls. Per Colorado law I can demand to get my stuff they won’t let me get my stuff. These people are really trying to keep my stuff. I move into my condo December 15th. They also w... read more
