I used a small storage unit for over a year and had a very positive experience. The staff were helpful from the start, clearly explaining what items were not suitable for storage due to humidity, which I appreciated as it helped avoid damage. I was late with payment, once, and they were understanding and easy to deal with, which made everything stress-free. Store it has been very helpful and appropriate to our families needs having travelled all over Australia and back to Tassie five times . Very clean and hygienic facilities , Andrew has always very helpful and all I can say is Thank You .

I needed a storage unit to securely store family furniture and used a unit in Quoiba for over 6 years . It was clean and completely waterproof, Andrew was amazing to deal with and when it was cleared out, the bond was returned in a couple of days. Highly recommend this service - professional and easy to manage.
