ZERO STAR!!! I rented a unit on line and went the next day to put items in there, We couldn't get in ,it said code is invalid, after talking to someone and waiting in my car for over an hour customer service said they would send the property manager to let me in, no one showed up,so I called and was put on hold another 30 mins this time I was told my account hasn't updated. This place is the worst for renting. I bought three storage auctions here and was a victim of fraud by the staff who manage this location. They take the good items before the auction and leave you with mostly junk. The photos are misleading—they make it look like there are valuable items, but they’re usually in the background, and 99% of what you get is trash. I don’t care about the money I lost, but I don’t want others to keep losing money at this place because of dishonest people like the ones running it.
