So frustrated and disappointed that every time I come here (save for the first time) the dolly / carts are missing. Today I had to move a bunch of things, and I looked everywhere for a cart - in multiple buildings. Couldn’t find a single one. Nobody else was around, so it’s not like they were being used. There’s also no actual staff on-site, so I couldn't go into an office and ask. They save money by outsourcing their customer service, so the only “staff” is remote through a kiosk. New management that took over on March 22, 2024 has horrible customer service. They got rid of live phone service agents and gate access via text message when they took over the facility. They sent tenants spammy emails (that appeared to be fraud) out of the blue asking them to update credit card information on a new website with only a week's notice, violating the rental agreement which says tenants are due 30 days notice of any changes.
