New management that took over on March 22, 2024 has horrible customer service. They got rid of live phone service agents and gate access via text message when they took over the facility. They sent tenants spammy emails (that appeared to be fraud) out of the blue asking them to update credit card information on a new website with only a week's notice, violating the rental agreement which says tenants are due 30 days notice of any changes. The agent, Ebony, was cheerful and helpful. She figured out what needed to be done quickly. This is the kind of customer service that I hope for in a phone call, but only rarely get these days.
