I’m not one to write reviews… But the professional service and empathy I got from Keihi at the Ruckersville location was beyond my expectations. I was in a rough/ emergency situation, she worked with me and kept communication with me until I signed my rental agreement. THANK YOU.

We are looking for someplace new! The storage unit building smells horrid. I have not brought anything that is cloth over other than a mattress and feel like even though it is wrapped up I will have to throw it away. My husband came into town to help me move stuff into the unit and rain came in through the roof and ruined some of my furniture. The company was quick to respond but only gave me another unit. Great prices here you get first month free 2 disappointments, 1st there is no lighting inside the unit which makes it hard to see your stuff, secondly, when I came in the first time the front entrance smelt badly like dog poop. Very disappointed!
