Cleared out and informed them over a week ago. Talked to the owner when I received an automated email stating that they were going to charge me again. He was rude, cut me off when speaking to him, blamed the automated system, and said that he didn’t know what the problem was, but then proceeded to tell me that they hadn’t had the time to check the unit out and until they did so, they wouldn’t check me out of their system.
