Terrible customer service. I have called 4 times to get the credit card on file set up. Nobody calls back. No email available.

This company is completely unprofessional. We rented a unit from them for multiple years, during that time our unit along with several others was broken into. The company had a significant amount of our possessions but neglected to tell us. We only knew because we found them in the back of one of their trucks. We have been renting 2 units since 2012. We are on autopay. For the second time in 2 years we went to our units and they have added their own locks! Actually last time they destroyed our locks and cut them off! We did not get called or any notifications on why they would do this again! They apologized and blamed a glitch in their system last time. I'm embarrassed for them if this is how they run a business. We have NO issue on paying the fees but call us if the card is expired or something else might be wrong. Total lack of ... read more
