We were having alternator problems and but luckily made it to Teton Valley Resort. I contacted Mike on a Monday morning. He said he would be busy until Friday. I told him fine, we would still be there and could he help us Friday. I gave him all the information and he said he would look into getting the part. Would highly recommend! Michael was able to fix our furnace and water pump issues.
Our propane heater would fire 3 times and not light. We were headed home and planned to dry camp, so a fix was required. My husband had taken the heater apart and followed YouTube without success. We called and talked to Michael, and within 3 hours, Kenny came tested and cleared the problem. Very professional and prompt. Love our heat.
