We were having alternator problems and but luckily made it to Teton Valley Resort. I contacted Mike on a Monday morning. He said he would be busy until Friday. I told him fine, we would still be there and could he help us Friday. I gave him all the information and he said he would look into getting the part. Since he never actually said that he definitely would be there I texted him Tuesday morning to get a confirmation, no reply. Our propane heater would fire 3 times and not light. We were headed home and planned to dry camp, so a fix was required. My husband had taken the heater apart and followed YouTube without success. We called and talked to Michael, and within 3 hours, Kenny came tested and cleared the problem. Very professional and prompt. Love our heat.
