Amazing customer service from the site manager, John. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and is so helpful and accommodating. He kept me updated as the movers were unloading my stuff and helped me problem solve and rearrange items. He made the whole process so simple and helped me along the way plenty due to this being my first time using a storage unit. The units are really nice and clean as well. It’s super safe and really well kept. Easy access and everything is very secure!
This is the best storage place. They have a great selection of units, but the best part is John Yaeger. He couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable and helpful, and Connie is very friendly, helpful, and nice too. They are just the best. Professional yet friendly and kind. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
