Property is older, but it's clean, organized and well maintained and while the new manager is not "John," he is very friendly, professional and adds a certain charm to the place!
If you have any storage needs, Store It All in Lakeway is the place to go. John is awesome to deal with. The place is immaculate and John is always around to provide whatever help you may need. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to store their belongings.
John is always very friendly and taking care of my needs at the storage unit. The other day I was walking back from my unit to the gate and I was limping because of a foot injury. John saw me and came over and gave me a ride to the gate. I really appreciated that.
Have rented a unit from this facility for over 5 years now and absolutely love the manager John and his wife; who live on-site. Very friendly, always kind and cheerful, and willing to assist when you need anything. We've always been able to gain entrance into the facility early of a morning, through late evening; with a combination of access code/locks; pretty safe and well lit.
