Update after original post. Store It All made an extra effort to correct their wrong and reached out to me before i could even call them. Changed from 3 star to 4 star due to the speedy response with great customer service and a policy change. Original review: They're OK if you live local but if you travel for your occupation then they're awful to deal with should the credit card you're using be compromised. The in person customer service is extremely lacking as well but I guess you get what you pay for and there's a reason ... read more
The price for storage is OK, but the maintenance is lacking. They almost never mow the grass. There are lots of cats in the area which makes me worry about rodents, but I have had more problems with the cats than rodents.
