I stopped by yesterday morning to inquire about the units. I have to say I needed help as I haven't used storage for a few years. The Young lady was so helpful and patient with me. Really a kind sweet Young Lady . I have a project coming up and I am just so impressed with her kindness as I'm elderly and sometimes I'm just ignored. Angelique is an asset. Thank you for your help.
A waste of my time, given that I arrived early on the 25th to execute a reservation I made online, for the “property manager” to open LATE! I have patience but when you’re late and go in without unlocking the door to provide access to customers and leaving yet again 5 minutes later after your LATE ARRIVAL…patience goes out the door. No explanation or a wait time of when she would return to assist me. Everything was very convenient and easy
I have been a customer for a while and only have good things to say! The property is very clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Angel helped me recently with a new unit. She is thorough and very professional, but warm at the same time.
