I store here. Just wish they had 24 hour access
Every 6 to 8 months the price increases $30-$40 a month without any explanation other than rent increases. They don't say why the rent has to increase or anything like that. Then when you try to get a hold of someone they don't either call you back or no one has anything they can say as to why my bill went from $164-$243 within a year. Do not use this storage facility. I'm getting ready to leave and store my item somewhere else because this is ridiculous

The staff for the Store-It (Halethorpe) shows one of a kind service! They are extremely dedicated to provide the best customer service possible, going out of there way to do so. So glad to be renting from a place with such service!
