This facility has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage space. I rented a spot to park a trailer as well as a 10x10 unit. Martin is always reachable by phone and is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space in this area!
Martin has always been a pleasure to work with. His prices were fair and he was always informative with any changes that were coming or any additional upgrades they were doing to the property. If we ever need another unit, we will definitely use Store In Place & Martin. Thank you again Martin!!!

I rented a space here for several months post Helene. Martin was so personable and kind. I really valued renting a space from a real person. He was always available when I needed him, my stuff stayed secure and dry, and the rates were very reasonable. I would absolutely rent from here again.
