Most convenient .safe quiet. Owner is very easy to reach and only wants to have his business this way and clean units.clean yard. Cameras. Had for 4 yrs never had an issue with anyone 24 hrs. Treat it like its ur own back yard.no trash or loudness. No complaints. I was there for a very short time with no issues.
Needed a unit at the last minute and found Store in Place online. When I called after reserving the unit I was helped by the owner, Martin, who was so great to work with. He truly understands what great customer service requires and helped me with all of my random requests without blinking an eye. It’s right off i26 and is a well kept property
This facility has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage space. I rented a spot to park a trailer as well as a 10x10 unit. Martin is always reachable by phone and is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space in this area!
Martin has always been a pleasure to work with. His prices were fair and he was always informative with any changes that were coming or any additional upgrades they were doing to the property. If we ever need another unit, we will definitely use Store In Place & Martin. Thank you again Martin!!!
