I've been renting from the Racine location for over two years and my experience with them has been outstanding. From Ken to the locations new overseer David. Checkem out if you need storage or Uhaul rental!!!
This place has some dodgy billing practices, unannounced charges and fees, rent raises. It is pretty much impossible to get the situation resolved over the phone but if you take an hour out of your busy day to go talk with the manager they are usually helpful.
