My biggest problems is 1) The rates have gone up %30 in the last year. and 2) You pay your bill and you get a reminder that your next bill is due like 3 weeks later so you put it to the side and by the time the bill is due you have forgotten about it. Why not remind me a week or 10 days before due date?
