So far so good. Clean, dry, and no issues.
We needed a storage unit while in the process of moving to our new home, and this worked out perfectly for us! No hassle set up and no issues all the way through the day we returned the keys. Kandice was awesome to work with and made this process so smooth for us!
Working with Kandice and her team at Lock Tight has been a pleasure. We have been storing on this lot for 7+ years. When Lock TIght took over from the original owners in 2019 or 2020 the difference has been notable. New Gates, Security System, New Gravel, all new spots created ( camper storage). We used them also for a year or so for a unit and we NEVER had a problem. What a difference they made. Kandice is very responsive with any questions. Excellent!! I stored my 33ft camper at the Bally facility for 2 years. The place is clean and easy to access. Just text the number to automatically open the gate. I never had any issues. Kandice was always quick to respond to questions (which were few since I had NO issues). I expanded my driveway at home and vacated my space. Again, Kandice was quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. She thanked me for being a customer and was very professional. I would use this storage facility if needed.
Our dealings with this facility have been most favorable and I have no qualms in recommending their services to anyone looking for a storage facility. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future, should the need arise.
