I am regular here. However, customer experience could be enhanced by competitive pricing and return policy.
Very poor customer service, I was in the shop for more than 20 min, (this area is also very hard to find a carpark) no one there to help. Everyone is doing something but answering walk in customers, interesting!. Anyway I’ll try to find somewhere else who cares. I was after a pair of Genelc monitor speakers but they were too busy to sell it!
They move 350 meters from old shop, but it's not too far. The new location is nice too and you can test the keyboard, MIDI controller, drums, etc. The shop staff is nice and you can ask questions beforehand.
