I was disappointed to wait in front of a counter for over 20min before anyone acknowledge I was there, let alone serve me while in store. Only one of three staff (that I could see) were occupied. Meanwhile, staff walk around the store whistling and clicking their fingers, while two others talk to each other behind the counter. To make matters worse, other people were able to walked into the store and received immediate service. You couldn’t get closer to being invisible that this.

I had a stressful morning when relising my PowerCON cable was stolen at the end of a gig, which left me in a really tough spot. Nick behind the counter immediately understood the situation. Even though stock was low, he went out the back and searched until he found a cable that would get me over the line. This is now the third time the team at Store DJ Alexandria has gone above and beyond to help me out when I’ve been under pressure.
