From my experience and reading other people’s reviews I can say the staff are reasonably nice there products are extremely good they have everything to offer the only problem is there just unreliable. i went in there looking for some studio monitor speakers, I found some on sale and when I was at the checkout they “accidentally” charged me the full price
Do not shop here. Audio staff and manager were unhelpful, sold gear that doesn’t work DJ’ng, didn’t fulfil an order online despite item being in stock online. They don’t have any audio expertise. The staff are terrible. Just the absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ever!
I ordered a Yamaha Guitar from this store, and it was delivered very quickly. Their customer service was extremely helpful! Had no issues whatsoever.

Ordered an audio desk and was very specific about the model, features and price. The wrong desk was delivered. Spoke to a sales rep who took the details and handed over to 'The Manager' This clown proceeded to explain how I had got it wrong and continued to talk over the top of me for 10 tedious minutes. No listening skills, zero ycommunication skills, no tact, diplomacy or sympathy for a customer.
