What can I say? I’ve been in the audio industry for over 25 years and ordered tons of equipment in the hundreds of thousands of dollars from multiple suppliers. This time around I ordered through store DJ online and the service is atrocious. What I ordered showed up about a week after I ordered it which was great but that was the only great part. Actual items in the boxes was wrong and after nine calls to online service to try and get someone to fix it I finally got onto Someone seven days ago. Still haven’t got a call back.... read more
The store is probably reliable and the staff is fantastic, but order management and communication leave a lot to be desired. I had to call many times without ever getting a call back, text, or email. After two weeks, I had to go in person to figure out what was going on, only to discover that the order was already ready in the store.
Always good service. Even in thwie pop up store!
