I purchased a Lagos watch band Michaela White was my sales associate. I wanted the item which was on consignment and more than I budgeted for used. Michaela negotiated with the seller and got me a better deal. She responded to my email quickly. Once I received the item it was as described and I was excited. Unfortunately it was too small for my wrist. I contacted Michaela and she found the extra link and got it to me quickly. I am happy and will shop Store 5a again.

They promote themselves as “yes sell your luxury stuff to us “ I sent them 7 things from Cartier Prada and YSL all valuable and they robotically replied “sorry we cannot give you an offer “. So useless . Thanks
